Steve is the CEO of ConnectOS, which he founded to offer Australian companies a different perspective when navigating the delivery of offshore services.

Steve is passionate about helping organisations unlock greater productivity and optimise their operations with smart, customised offshoring solutions. He established ConnectOS to meet the challenge many growing companies face: how to scale resource capability at speed and achieve performance expectations, without diverting focus from their core business.

Partnering closely with all ConnectOS clients, Steve develops sustainable offshoring strategies that work – for management teams and for operational teams. He brings extensive experience in Australian privacy and security standards, and a comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance within APRA guidelines.

Steve has over 25 years’ experience in managed technology, resourcing and business outsourcing services.He has established numerous offshore teams and led successful business process offshoring strategies for some of Australia’s leading brands.

Monique leads ConnectOS’ Philippine operations. She is responsible for embedding our customer-first culture and inclusive values, ensuring all team members are well supported and set up to thrive in their roles.

Monique’s experience in managing offshore teams across a diverse range of industries underpins her proven ability to achieve outstanding performance outcomes for our clients. She oversees all HR and Payroll requirements, in addition to managing the security and safety of ConnectOS workplaces.

Monique is regarded for her ability to build connected, engaged teams and our clients love working with Manila-based employees who enjoy what they do and are empowered to be their best.

In recent years, Monique has specialised in managing offshore IT service desk and customer service teams for Australian companies. She is experienced in all facets of offshore service operations.

Leah’s expertise is in creating an exceptional service experience for every ConnectOS client, streamlining key decisions and the smallest details.

Rob leads ConnectOS’ US sales and relationship management operations. He specialises in helping small and medium enterprises simplify the complexities of offshore services. With nearly two decades’ experience in optimising IT operations, Rob has deep expertise in developing offshoring strategies that deliver sustainable value – not just a short-term cost reduction.

Rob began his IT career in San Francisco, managing technology services for a global logistics brand. He has held various senior leadership positions responsible for offshore IT managed services teams, as well as Human Resources, Finance and Sales Support.

She partners with clients to explore the financial and productivity advantages of offshoring different roles, processes or functions. Alison helps leaders think differently about their capability gaps and create the optimum structure to solve their business challenges.

Alison brings over 10 years’ experience in the IT managed services industry, partnering with the C-suite across a range of industries, including manufacturing and financial services. She’s supported the management of IT operations for global brands and SMEs, and has expertise working with cyber risk teams to improve the security posture for organisations of all sizes.
